Kelly Dame - President & CEO

Kelly Dame is President and Chief Executive Officer of Woodgrain, Inc. Kelly graduated from Brigham Young University in Marketing and Finance in 1977.  Kelly is a chairman of the board at Holy Rosary Medical Center and serves on the Foundation Board of Treasure Valley Community College.  Kelly is also a frequent guest lecturer for the Center for Entrepreneurship at BYU's Marriott School of Management.

Greg Easton - Chief Financial Officer

After graduating from Brigham Young University with a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Greg worked as the General Manager of DecravMold from 2002-2004.  Upon earning in MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, Greg returned to Woodgrain and has worked as the Door Division Manager for the past 2 years.  Greg has also served on the Woodgrain Board of Directors for the past 2 years.

Mike Ball – Vice President and General Manager – Door Division

Mike has an undergraduate degree in Forest Management and a MBA degree from Humboldt State University.  Mike spent seven years in the sawmill industry prior to going into the wood remanufacturing end of the business.  He spent 14 years in various management positions in remanufacturing plants prior to joining Woodgrain in 1991.  While at Woodgrain, Mike has had management responsibilities for the door plant and various millwork plants.

Steve Atkinson - Corporate Treasurer

Steve has worked as Woodgrain’s CFO from 1991 through 2009 playing a key role in the tremendous acquisition fueled growth of the company.  Prior to joining Woodgrain, Steve worked with the Woodbridge Land Company, GE Ray Construction Co, Strategic Ventures Inc, Marathon Industries Inc, and American Construction Technologies.  Steve earned a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of Utah.
