Our conservation commitment is to:

• Conserve energy and natural resources through ecologically aware material utilization. Specifically, maximization of by-product reuse and recycling achieves this key policy.
  
  
• Consume or recycle all wood by-products and thus abolish wasteful uses of this focal natural resource.
  
  

Nearly 100% of our wood resources are utilized, landfill waste is eliminated. Sawdust is collected and recycled into animal bedding. Scrap material is utilized as a raw material at particleboard and medium density fiberboard (MDF) plants.
